This magnificent studio in souplex has been completely renovated in spring 2021 with the idea of being able to welcome you in complete independence during your stay in Paris.
Ideally located this small haven of peace offers you a Spa and Sauna getaway to relax with all the necessities to offer you a unique experience.

Your stay can be done entirely on foot!
The studio is ideally located; at the foot of the Butte Montmartre and next to the Town Hall of the 18th. Close to the living areas of the North of Paris, rue Duhesme is still very quiet. Less than 5 minutes walk 2 Metro lines (Jules Joffrin - Line 12 & Simplon - Line 4) allow you to be in the heart of Paris in no time.
Housing
This studio on 2 levels has the advantage of having direct access to the street offering you total independence.
On the ground floor you will find a Spa area with a jaccuzi for 2 people and a sauna. Ideal for relaxing, maintenance is done there at every passage and constant control of the water quality is in place using our Flipr assistant.
On the second level you will find a renovated studio, equipped and very functional:
Bedroom area with queen size bed, bathroom, flat screen TV, digital fiber and wifi.
It is a small comfortable, quiet and convenient accommodation for your weekends and holidays in Paris!
